Shelby has grown up and lived in the Parksville area for most of her life. She is proud to have the opportunity to work at Natural Synergy Day Spa as a receptionist and she is looking forward to furthering her career in the art of esthetics!

Adrian Gatton - Registered Massage Therapist

Born and raised in the Oceanside area, Adrian graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in New Westminster. Excited to be back home, Adrian looks forward to serving his community through professional, evidence-based massage therapy.

Erin Hunt - Esthetician

Erin is a proud mother of two, and has been a Makeup artist for 10 years. She recently found a new passion in Esthetics! Upon completing the VIU Spa program, she has settled happily at Synergy and looks forward to bringing beauty and confidence to you!

Alex Middleton - Massage Therapist

With thirteen years of experience in massage and traditional medicine, Alex Middleton truly enjoys working at Natural Synergy Day Spa. Alex endeavors to bring out the best in each client with a developed understanding of the mind/body connection through nine years of study in mayan lymphatics, swedish massage, shiatsu, myofascia, post chemo and post radiation massage, trigger point therapy, and reflexology. Her motto" Carpe Diem"; Seize The Day!

Rosemary Peters - Registered Massage Therapist

Rosemary received her training from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy over 15 years ago. She continuously upgrades her education and is qualified in a variety of techniques. Rosemary practiced for many years as a nurse before having an accident, which led her to massage. Her and her family are new to the Oceanside area, from Mill Bay. She is pleased to be a part of Synergy and looks forward to meeting all of you.

Aura Vanderwal - Licensed Nail Tech, Certified Lash Tech, Trained Esthetician

Aura hails from Sidney BC where she spent 11 years perfecting her career as a nail technician and her addiction to all things chocolate! Providing therapeutic comfort for hands and feet is her specialty and passion. Working with her clients to achieve results and beauty is the goal. Aura is very excited to introduce all women to SHELLAC! As a great alternative to artificial nails, Shellac offers the best of support and long lasting shine while being as safe and natural as possible.She looks forward to "getting to know you..." and enjoying the wonderful Oceanside life!

Jo Vanderwal - Receptionist

Jo is a dynamic, optimistic, team player, who is enjoying the beach side scenery on the west coast. She loves to learn and meet people from every walk of life. Working in the fields of tourism, the service industry, photography, consulting, administration, and higher education has sharpened her vision for working with the diverse needs of clientele and the community. Her mission statement for her life is: Giving a Cup of Cold Water. No matter where she finds herself, her desire is to leave individuals encouraged and refreshed. From a business perspective her goal is: Excellence in all things.
