- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows you time to check in, enjoy a refreshment and relax!
- When a service one hour or more in duration is scheduled, a credit card or valid gift certificate number is required to hold the appointment.
- Please provide 24 hours notice should you require to cancel or change your scheduled appointment. Failure to provide 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee for the full cost of the services.
- Gratuities are never expected; however, they are greatly appreciated!
- Please note that prices are subject to change without notice.
- Prices are subject to applicable taxes.
- We are pleased to accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Debit Card and Cash.
- Gift Certificates are available for purchase.
- RMT receipts will be not issued when payment method is with a Gift Certificate.
- A valid credit card is required for all bookings to hold the appointment, no charges will be made unless there is a less than 24 hour cancellation notice.
