Spa Etiquette

• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows you time to check in, enjoy a refreshment and relax!
• When a service one hour or more in duration is scheduled, a credit card or valid gift certificate number is required to hold the appointment.
• Please provide 24 hours notice should you require to cancel or change your scheduled appointment. Failure to provide 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee for the full cost of the services.
• Gratuities are never expected; however, they are greatly appreciated!
